We often are asked about pollution and  CARB emission standards.

You need to know that it is a violation of Executive Order D-715 for us to advertise, discuss or communicate with California customers in any way on the topic of engine pollution.

CARB 2014 emission standards focus on several types of diesel engine pollution, the main two being Particulate Matter and Ash,  Particulate Matter is the the black smoke you see coming out of the exhaust pipe of some diesel trucks. Ash also comes out of the exhaust pipe, but is composed of microscopic particles that are invisible to the naked eye.

CARB classifies our Hydrogen Enhanced Combustion System as a vapor injection system. CARB has determined that our system DOES NOT REDUCE Particulate Matter and Ash enough to meet CARB emission standards.

The hard truth is that vapor injection systems currently for sale (including ours)   can not pass CARB 2014 diesel truck emssion standards.

In California we can make no claims about how our system impacts pollution.

Here is what we do claim, here is what tests prove and here is what you can expect when you install our current system:

  1. Modest gains in horsepower and torque, in the range of 4% to 8%,
  2. Improved fuel economy. Depending on the particular engine, the loads the vehicle hauls, and the application (stop and go, long haul, highway only, etc.) the fuel savings can range from a low of 4% to as high as 35%.
  3. Less carbon build up on the valve stems and piston rings, which translates to less wear and longer engine life.
  4. Engine oil stays cleaner longer because there is less unburned fuel and carbon leaking past the rings into the crankcase.
  5. Finally because our system causes diesel fuel to burn more completely, the natural, scientifically proven result is that your engine runs cleaner, But not clean enough to pass CARB emission standards.

We repeat: It is a violation of Executive Order D-715 for us to advertise, discuss or communicate with California customers in any way on the topic of engine pollution.

However, if you are a potential customer that NEVER operates vehicles inside the State of California or on the navigable waters claimed by the State of California we believe we have the right to inform you of, and you have a right to know about the full capabilities our systems provide.

To be clear, you must certify in writing that you own or operate (or represent a company that owns or operates) one or more of the following types of vehicles  or internal combustion engines that are NEVER operated within in the State of California or the navigable waters claimed as boundaries by the State of California:

1. On-road vehicles of any type powered by gasoline or
     diesel engines,
2. Off-road vehicles of any type powered by gasoline or
    diesel engines,
3. Marine vessels or marine engines of any type
powered by gasoline or diesel engines,
4. Stationary or mobile generators powered by gasoline
    or diesel engines,
5. Construction, farming, mining or pumping equipment
of any type powered by gasoline or diesel engines,
6. Transport Refrigeration Units (TRUs) of any type
powered by gasoline or diesel engines.

If you certify you are in compliance with one or more of the above six points then call us at 855-477-1776, extension 101 and we will tell you about the extensive test results we have relating to our systems.
